Small Bore Valves ¼" to 2" (8 mm to 50 mm)

L&T Valves manufactures a versatile range of Small Bore Forged Steel Gate, Globe and Check Valves. The portfolio comprises valves in T-pattern and Y-pattern, as well as Cryogenic and Bellows-sealed valves. Forged Steel Gate, Globe and Check Valves is available in a variety of materials and end connections to meet customer requirements.

As a standard, valves in ASME classes up to 800 are supplied with bolted body-bonnet joints; for higher pressure classes, screwed joints are offered.

• Suited to handle high pressure and temperatures - up to 425 deg C in carbon steel and 540 deg C in alloy steel
• High integrity - Bolted body-bonnet are provided with spiral-wound stainless steel gasket and graphite filler for high integrity sealing
• T-head stem-disc connection of Gate Valve fully meets strength requirements of API 602 and API 598
• High pressure valves are supplied with screwed body-bonnet joint, which ensures ease of inspection and in-line maintenance, and minimises downtime
• Y-pattern design in Globe and Check valves ensures a near-perfect flow which significantly reduces pressure drop and turbulence when compared to conventional designs
• Cryogenic Forged Steel Gate, Globe and Check Valves conform to BS 6364
• Valves can be offered to NACE MR-0175 and other special NACE requirements
