We design Home automation which is the residential extension of Building Automation. It is automation of the home, housework or household activities. We provide centralized control of Lighting, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Appliances, Security Locks for Gates, Doors and other systems, to provide improved convenience, comfort, energy efficiency and security. Our Home automation for the elderly and disabled can provide improved quality of life for persons who otherwise may require caregivers or institutional care.
GRMS: In today’s economic climate, Hotels, Resorts and Conference Center need new ways to reduce operating expenses. HVAC and Lighting costs represent two of the largest uncontrolled operating expenses in the hospitality industry, making electricity usage an excellent target for cost reduction. A typical hotel room is vacant roughly 70% of an average day, suggesting that a considerable percentage of energy used to heat and cool spaces is wasted on empty rooms. Our challenge is to decrease energy usage without negatively impacting guest comfort our GRMS system integrates with Hotel management software like OPRAH, DELPHI for acquiring room status and billing.
