• Aspect ratio 4:3.
• Steel backboard makes it highly durable. In between the steel and interactive surface is High Pressure Lamination (HPL) or foam.  Interactive surface is made of specialized white paint without any hot spots to enable uniform dispersion of projector light.
• Dry-erase compatible.
• Compatible with Windows and Linux.
• Smart Board obtains power from the computer and is connected through the USB cable. Once the connection is established, the cameras in the board are lit and the retro reflectors become functional.
• Specially designed optical devices in the Interactive Board enable high touch accuracy. When pen or any object is touched over the active screen area, the dark spots are detected and the board responds to touch.

SMART Notebook Software : SMART Notebook software lets you :

• Draw or write on the pages using the pen and eraser tools from the pen tray or the Smart Notebook Software Toolbar.
• Access thousands of learning objects in the Smart Notebook Software Gallery.
• Attach documents, shortcuts and hyperlinks to the Smart Notebook file for easy access.
• Reorder, copy and delete pages. One can also add an unlimited number of pages.
• The Gallery contains thousands of images, pages, videos and Flash files that you can add to your Smart Notebook file.
• One can use the Capture tool to capture anything that is displayed on your screen and use it as an object in a Smart Notebook software file.
• It has also spell-check.
• There is a Magic Pen to create Spotlight, use as a Magnifier or write in disappearing ink.
• You can use SMART Tools while working with any application on the Smart Board Interactive Whiteboard
