Smoothness II Tester

The Monitor/Smoothness II Tester is designed to work with existing smoothness and porosity heads. It provides an inexpensive means to improve measurement accuracy, and to remove old style mercury-based measuring systems.
APPLICATIONS Linerboard, Carton board, Coated board, Fine paper, Coated paper, Newsprint, Films AND foils, Printing/graphics, Packaging.
SPECIFICATIONS

• Meets TAPPI T-538, CPPA D.29P, ISO 8791/3 and AS 1301.441 for smoothness
• Meets TAPPI T-547, ISO 5636/4 and AS 1301.441 for permeability
• Direct readings in "Sheffield" (Range 15-400) and SCCM unites (Range 103-3344)
