We produce private label oem soap products for our customers managing the process from the original packaging design, to manufacture and qc through to loading the container on the boat and delivery to the final port of destination.
the majority of our bar soap products are in either 80g or 150g sizes although we do manufacture some in 90g, 100g and 200g sizes as well.
It is possible however to have any size or design of soap that the customer requires by making a new mould.
pricing of the soap will depend on the size, shape, ingredients (including perfume) and the style of packaging.
where we can really differentiate the soap is in the design of the packaging using a combination of both normal and foil block and foil board to create an exclusive eye-catching box design.
characteristics of some different types of soap -
standard - lightening, exfoliating, medicated, anti bacterial, moisturising.
Transparent - rich in glycerine, moisturising, lightening.
Baby soap - mild and gentle.
packaging can be to the customers individual specification but standard examples are -
80g - 1 bar in a wrapper and in an inner box with 12 inner boxes to a display box and 12 displays to a shipping carton (144 bars) - 1360 cartons per 20ft container.
150g - 1 bar wrapped and in an inner box with 6 inner boxes to a shrink and 12 shrinks to a carton (72 bars) - approximately 1500 -1600 cartons per 20ft container.
Bar soap is too heavy to fill a 40' container.
