All-powerful no phosphor soaping agent 728-100% is built material that composed of polycarboxylic acid and polyoxyethylene ether. It has excellent properties of chelating, dispersing, cleaning and anti-re-dyeing, can effectively remove loose color and prevent re-dyeing when used in soaping of dyeing and printing. The product has no phosphor, nitrogen, and eco forbidden material as apeo.

application process
728-100% is a high-concentration, its valid ingredient is 3-5 higher than the same kind product in market. Its high-concentrated product can be used direct or after being diluted to a scale of 15%-20% because of its self-emulsifying in water.
dilute method: put the product into container with stirrer, then add in clean cold water, stir to make it solve, it can be used when filtrated
action: heat liberating during dilution can help dissolving. If temperature is too low, heated a little.
application field
1. Pretreatment process of cellulose fabrics.
2. Soaping after dyeing and printing of cellulose fibers.
recommended dosage
pretreatment:
diluted solution of 728-100%: 2-4g/l ( 1-3%o.w.f )
soaping in dyeing and printing:
diluted solution of 728-100%: 1-4g/l ( 1-3%o.w.f )
packing: 10kg per plastic bag.
Storage: can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition. Pay attention to moisture resistance.
