Social Auditing Requirement Area 

• Child Labor : Company do not engaged in the use of "Child Labor" for production of any product of whatever nature.
• Forced Labor or Compulsory Labor : Company will not support the use of forced labor (personnel who have not offered their labor voluntarily) or who suffer illegal restriction, by not being free to withdraw from the labor contract. Restriction means among others being required to lodge deposits (not paid wages) or identity papers upon commencing employment with the company.
• Health and Safety : Company emphasizes to provide a healthy working environment and appropriate sanitary facilities, the worker's safety being a priority. A system to detect, avoid or respond to potential threats to health and safety of all personnel should be established.
• Freedom of Association & Collective Bargaining : Company emphasizes the right to freedom of association and to bargain collectively in compliance with the local laws. In a situation where this right is restricted by law, the Supplier/Subcontractor will be encouraged to facilitate parallel means of independent and free association and bargaining.
• Discrimination : Company expects their Supplier/Subcontractor to avoid engaging in any kind of discrimination on the grounds of gender, religion, race, caste etc. The company shall hire the personnel based on their working capabilities and skills. All workers with the same experience and qualifications should receive equal pay for equal work.
• Disciplinary Practices : Company does not use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion or any other kind of abuse or humiliation of employees.
• Working Hours : Company do not encourage to working hours in excess to the legal country limits and that overtime work be agreed voluntarily by the worker and that overtime will be properly remunerated. Personnel shall be allowed at least one free day every seven day period.
• Remuneration : Company emphasizes the Remuneration in compliance with the local laws. Company shall ensure that wages should be sufficient to meet basic needs and provide discretionary income.
• Environment : Company must comply with all local laws protecting the environment. we encourages to minimize waster and recycling / reuse/ reduce.
