Customization Facility-:
These are made by powered machine to give it a hydraulic and linear crushing strength. The pipes are extruded through pipe mills with de airing system, cut to size of easy handling i.e. 60 cms. approx. and after proper drying these are put to firing in the kiln to a temperature of 1250 degree centigrade. Salting is done by throwing salt in the fireboxes to form thin coating of salt glaze on surface of the pipes, to avoid total penetration of soil water through surface. The S.W. Pipes are most effective anticorrosive, anti acid low porous, rigid, smooth and with a greater life span.
Research and Development-:
