With the increasing energy crisis the focus on the use of renewable sources of energy has increased. We, at Kevin Power Solution Ltd., have also developed an efficient solution to the energy crisis in the form of Solar inverter. Our solar inverter uses solar energy to charge itself and in case of a power cut supplies this energy to the machines. Our Solar inverter is a huge hit among our industrial clients as it has saved many working hours for them. This innovative and eco-friendly product has placed us among the luminary solar inverter manufacturers and exporters from Mumbai.

DSP Controller : The digital signal controller effectively executes the very precise algorithms required to charge the battery of the system and provide power to the electrical grid without power losses. This is called executing the system at its maximum power point. The drive of the main bridge of the DC/AC is performed by highly flexible PWM peripherals of the controller.
Type of Solar Inverter
Stand-alone inverters, used in isolated systems where the inverter draws its DC energy from batteries charged by photovoltaic arrays and/or other sources, such as wind turbines, hydro turbines, or engine generators. Many stand-alone inverters also incorporate integral battery chargers to replenish the battery from an AC source, when available. Normally these do not interface in any way with the utility grid, and as such, are not required to have anti-islanding protection.
Grid-tie inverters, which match phase with a utility-supplied sine wave. Grid-tie inverters are designed to shut down automatically upon loss of utility supply, for safety reasons. They do not provide backup power during utility outages.
Battery backup inverters. These are special inverters which are designed to draw energy from a battery, manage the battery charge via an onboard charger, and export excess energy to the utility grid. These inverters are capable of supplying AC energy to selected loads during a utility outage, and are required to have anti-islanding protection
Typical Operation
Inverters work by taking the 12 or 24 volt DC voltage from the source, such as solar panels and 'chopping' by turning it on and off at grid supply frequency (e.g. 60 Hz) using a local oscillator and a power transistor. This chopped DC signal is then filtered to make it into a sine wave removing the upper 3,5,7 harmonics that make up the square wave and then applying it to a transformer to up the voltage to 120 or 240 to supply the needs of load.
How Solar Inverter Works:
Sunlight hits the solar modules which convert the light energy into DC electricityAn Inverter converts the DC electricity to AC electricity, the same as you normally get from your electric utility providerThe electricity from the inverter flows through your electric meter. When you are generating more electricity than you are using, the extra power flows out onto the grid. You actually run you electric meter backwards, essentially selling electricity back to the utility. At night or when you are using more electricity than you producing, the grid supplies the needed electricity just the same way as your home operates today
