Comprising of a solar panel (74W), 75 Ah battery and CFL lighting fixture perched atop a 16-feet pole, the Suryottam solar street light with CFL is capable of functioning as a standalone system. Complete with ambient light sensors or timers that regulate automatic switch on/ off and energy-efficient CFL lights, Suryottam’s solar street light is designed to provide up to 3 days of autonomy from grid electricity. Being completely wireless, the solar lights are also less prone to accidents in inclement weather.
