PBK manufactures complete range of solar water heating systems based on flat plate collectors, based on evacuated tube collectors, low height solar water heating systems, forced flow systems, thermosiphon systems, flat plate collectors, evacuated tube collectors, hot water storage tanks, air vent pipeless systems, temp. indicator systems etc.

The manufacturing procedure and the use of raw materials are of high standards and each system is checked by quality department and after satisfactory result system will be dispatched.

We are designing jacketed solar hot water tanks
The use of enamel coating as anticorrosive agent together with the perfect shape of the tank and provision of flange to cleaning of tank. These solar hot water tanks having connections of electrical heater, air vent valve, temp. gauge etc.
These new features made PBK solar tanks by far more durable and advance than all other products made of stainless steel or steel painted with epoxy resins.
In addition polyurethane rather than rockwool was chosen for the thermal insulation of the tank because this material stabilizes the coating and penetrates into all difficult points, keeping water hot all night long.
Aluminum sheet is preferred for outer cladding.

Tank insulation: PUF 50 mm

Outer cladding: colour coated GI sheet 0.4 mm

Tank internal protection: epoxy coating

Additional protection: magnesium rod (anode)

PBK was founded in 2003 by an engineer Prakash Babaji Kawad & Pravin Amrutlal Bhandari with its well-trained technicians, located at nighoj and became a pioneer in research, production and development of solar water heating systems.
The range of our products includes all types of solar collectors e.g. evacuated tube collectors, flat plate collectors, hot water storage tanks from 100 lit. to 2000 lit. Solar water heating systems for domestic as well as commercial uses.
The factory of the company is located at nighoj 414306, dist- Ahmednagar, Maharashtra in a 40,000 sq.ft. field. The actual covered area for the production is 3000 sq.ft.
We are well established in the state market but now we facing the challenge to spread our products all over the nation as well as world. Our continous growth encourages us to continue....
