etc solar water heater system operates on the thermosiphon principle, meaning that heat transfer occurs entirely by means of natural convection, without pumps and control units. All models consist of 3 main parts – vacuum tubes, heat preservation tank (water tank) and the support frame. Vacuum tubes are made of triple layer glass using advanced international technology.
the outer part of the inner tube is coated with aluminium nitride that can endure a temperature of upto highest degree the vacuum tubes absorb the sunlight and convert the solar energy into power. Continuous circulation of water through the vacuum tubes increases the temperature of the water continuously. Heat preservation tank ensures water is kept for a longer duration. The cold water enters the collector tubes and during day time when solar rays strikes on the collector tubes the water gets heated to the highest possible temperature which rises upward according to the thermosiphon principle and hot water being lighter gets collected up in the upper part of solar storage tank and cold water remains at the bottom of tank and this cycle continues.
the storage tank is insulated so the water stays hot for prolonged period and can be used in the later day or next day even in the morning. During night the water still remains hot. The highest degree of hot water is obtained even in winters also. The specialty of our system is that it works even in low sunlight to give desired output of hot water. To ensure smooth hot water supply even during cloudy days our water heaters come with an inbuilt electric system with thermostat.
