Flux Multicored Solder wire:- “B.I.C“ offers high quality resin cored Solder wire. Solder wires are available in different grades as per requirement and application of the user. The flux is non-conductive and non-corrosive.
The flux is heat stable and provide minimum smoke with excellent flow.

The restriction of hazardous substances such as lead from electronic systems led to interest in lead free Solders. These contains tin, copper, silver and sometimes bismuth, indium, zinc and other metal in varying amounts.
The lead-free replacements for conventional sn60/pb40 solder have higher melting point, requiring re-engineering electronic assemblies. Lead free Solder joints may produce mechanically weaker joints, which may lead to  decrease  reliability of using such solders .
Sn Ag Cu Solder are used by 2/3 of Japanese  manufactures for reflow and wave soldering, and by 3/4 companies for hand soldering .

“No Clean” solder wire provide minimum residue on the PCB leaving it clear and rosin free .It does not require any cleaning .
