Solid CBN Inserts are made of cubic boron nitride micro powder under the process of super high temperature and high press. The pcbn material is the hardest known material second only to synthetic diamond. PCBN inserts are made of CBN super hard material, have perfect impact and abrasion resistance performance. Rough turning and dry cutting application.
