Solid Core Packing

construction: a packing with a center of hollow silicon core or solid silicon cord braided around by yarn of style 51, 61, 71, 82 & 83. application: a specially developed packing for use on rotating equipment with excessive shaft deviation. It also reduces shaft / sleeve wear. The center of silicon core / cord gives it strong restoration properties, and exerts back-pressure, resulting in total sealing. This packing is suitable for pumps, reactors, mixers, agitators, etc.
