Solid State Relays

A Solid State Relay can be Controlled directly from Logic Circuits. An additional power supply is typically not needed due the solid state relaya��s wide range of control voltage, such as 3 to 32 volts at a few milliamps.

Solid state relays are ideal for applications that benefit from many repetitive operations per day. Use of rapid cycling reduces thermal stress and extends the life of most loads, like heaters, extending heater life. Solid state relays have stable operation regardless of age due to lack of wear.

No-contact relays that semiconductor is utilized, which enables high-speed and high-frequency operation. CASS provides Solid-state Relay for enormous range of applications.

These Relays enable high-precision, high-frequency temperature control for reflow ovens, molding machines, and sintering ovens. Models are available with online fault detection and cyclic control.
