Copper-coated Solid Wires Autotherme110 S-1

AWS: SFA SFA 5.28 ER110S-1 EN ISO CODE: Autotherme 110S-1 is a copper-coated solid wire available in a bright finish, giving smooth flow, stable arc, and spatter-free under optimum welding conditions. The weld metal displays excellent crack resistance and produces sound weld metal with excellent strength and good impact properties. It gives radiographic quality welds. It is ideally suited for welding high-strength Q&T steels, for welding HY-80 and HY-100 steels for military applications. They are also used for various structural applications where tensile strength requirements exceed 760 MPa and excellent toughness is required.
