Solvent Based Primers

The Solvent Based Primers, which we offer, can be easily applied using a brush. Our Solvent Based Primers easily penetrate the pores of the concrete surface. The class 1 surfaces on which our Solvent Based Primers are applied display excellent resistance to fire and check the spread of flame as per BS-476 part 7. Physical Data

• Shelf Life : One year at room temperature
• Application : By brush/ spray
• Thinner : Water
• Recommended DFT : 75 microns per coat
• Over coating Interval Min : 8 hours; Max: 24 hours (If exceeds, the surface should be roughened by emery scuffing)
• Over coating Interval Min : 8 hours; Max: 24 hours

• Touch dry : 2 Hours
• Hard dry : 8 Hours
• Full cure : 7 Days (At 30 degree ^oC and 65% relative humidity)
