1. Production Executive – Sona Masoori Rice Mill

Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing rice milling operations, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality Sona Masoori rice according to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise rice milling, polishing, grading, and packaging operations.
• Monitor quality parameters (moisture, broken percentage, color, aroma, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for paddy sourcing.
• Maintain production records and daily reports.
• Manage workforce and machinery maintenance schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Agriculture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in rice milling or food processing.
• Knowledge of milling equipment and quality testing methods.
