Sonicator With Chiller

Sonicator With Chiller is an advanced ultrasonic cleaning and sample processing system designed for efficient dispersion, extraction, degassing, homogenization and laboratory cleaning applications. It is built with microcontroller based digital timer and latest MOSFET/IGBT technology for stable performance and long working life.

The unit supports automatic frequency tuning for maximum ultrasonic output and includes low transducer loss design to deliver strong cleaning action. It is equipped with a digital temperature controller for safe operation. If the temperature rises 10°C above the set temperature, the sonicator automatically shuts down to protect samples and equipment.

The inbuilt chiller maintains controlled temperature conditions with 5°C to Room Temperature range and ±2°C stability, making it suitable for temperature sensitive applications. The tank is made of SS 304 grade (1.6mm thick) with drain valve for easy cleaning. Accessories like basket, lid, manual and power cord are provided as per model.
