Sorghum, Speciality : High in Protein

Sorghum is a solid grass and typically develops to a height of 0.6 to 2.4 meters (2 to 8 feet), some of the time coming to as high as 4.6 meters (15 feet). Stalks and leaves are covered with white wax, and the essence, or focal bit, of the stalks of specific varieties, are delicious and sweet.
