YF-G6015 high-frequency spark machine is a fast and reliable quality inspection tool for on-line detection of all kinds of wires and cables and other conductor insulation layer of the pinhole, broken skin, bare copper and other insulation outside the bad point of the precision instruments. It can quickly detect defects in the outer layer of the conductor without destroying the electrical conductor inside the outer layer. The use of high-frequency (3KHz) high-voltage electrode head to replace the traditional (50, 60Hz) power frequency high-voltage electrode head, the electrode head size can be selected 50/120mm bead contact, greatly reducing the size of the installation, greatly improving the detection speed (1200-2400m/min). This high-frequency spark tester is a highly reliable quality control tool.

Product function

1. The product adopts epoxy resin casting high-voltage package, triple waterproof design, can be tested with water, the detected wire insulation is bad when there are contacts, counting, sound and light alarm.

2. The electrode head size is about 50 times smaller than the traditional (50Hz).

3. Instantaneous sparks will not destroy the good insulation of the wire conductor. 

4. There is a safe switch chain protection device.

5. There is a linkage signal control with the fault or startup of the take-up or host. 

6. Can quickly detect pinholes and broken wire conductor fault.

1. Automatic mode: breakdown counting sound and light alarm contact signal action, and then automatically reset to continue high-voltage detection state.

2. Manual mode: After the breakdown counting has been sound and light alarm contact signal control output, you need to manually press the reset button to continue the high-voltage detection state.

When opening the protective cover of the electrode box, the high voltage is automatically cut off to ensure the personal safety of the operator. At the same time, external contact signals can be used to control the low voltage circuit, so that the high voltage can be turned on and off (e.g. if the wire stops, the high voltage also stops, and if there is a spark failure, the wire stops as well).
