• Sparkler type Filter Press is used for crystal clear filtration of Liquor, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Beverages, Oil, Ink and other products.

Details :

• The Filter Press is available in varying combinations of number of plates of 14” & 18” dia and provided with different types of pumps depending on the viscosity of liquid and output i.e. Centrifugal Pump, Gear pump, Lobe Pump etc.
• Horizontal Plate Filter Press” is a sparkler type and consist of Stainless Steel Strong Tank & Top cover using bolts to give pressure tight enclosure . The filter cartridge assembly shall be fitted inside the tank and consists of one set of horizontally arranged disc type filter plates with perforated supporting screens & interlocking cups. The Stainless Steel Top cover shall be fit on the gasket and the tightening wing nuts shall be provide leek proof seal . A pressure gauge, safety valve and an air vent shall be provided on the Top cover .The entire assembly complete alongwith self made centrifugal or Monoblock pump coupled with STD / FLP Motor and piping connection with SS Ball Valve to control the flow of liquids, is mounted on a suitable Stainless Steel Trolley mounted on fiber caster wheels .
