Sesha tools has been the chosen tool maker by several industries for special tools that may be categorized as follows:

• Solid carbide single point / multi point tools.

• Brazed carbide single point / multi point tools.

• Lugged carbide single point / multi point tools.

• Indexible inserted single point / multi point tools.

We mean special tools as those that have the following parameters but are not limited to the same:

• Component specific tools.

• Multiple dimensional machining usually achieved in a single pass where multiple tool usage is avoided.

• Very specific to purpose and non generic requirements.

• Usually the tools used for port hole applications in hydraulic manifolds.

• Tools with state of the art tool geometries.

• Tools with specific surface coatings.

• Tools with integral holding mechanism.

The genre of special tools usually meets the above parameters but is not limited to the same. Special tools may also be manufactured to cater to requirements that no other readily available tools cater to. An example of special tools includes thread mills, port hole tools, bull nose end mills and so on.
