Our Company manufactures a wide range of mountings used in Indian, American, European and Japanese automobiles. The range would include mountings used as Engine Mountings, Transmission Mountings and in some cases as Cabin Mountings. We, as a company working on the guidelines of TS 16949:2002 make our best effort to ensure that we meet and satisfy the needs and expectations of our customer.
It is our understanding that these components are very critical to the smooth functioning of an automobile and have very demanding working environment. We undertake tool development with ultra modern machines. Stringent standards are followed in metal preparation (phosphating, shot and sand blasting) and metal stamping. Rubber compounds for components are made with high quality raw materials so that the final product can perform under the demanding working environment of the components. Internationally acclaimed rubber to metal bonding agents are used for the manufacturing of the final product. Strict and 'Zero Tolerance' inspection is conducted before dispatching the components to the customer.
We undertake development of customized rubber to metal bonded components as per Customer requirements. Our clients in North America, Europe and Australia would certify our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
