Spectrophotometer

A spectrophotometer is an instrument used to measure the amount of photons (the intensity of light), the transmission or reflection of visible light, UV light or infrared light absorbed after it passes through sample solution. It is determined by measuring the intensity of light detected, measures intensity as a function of light source wavelength.
