Normally spiral staircase is used for a pass from bottom to top. The mostly Cast iron material is used for outside of the building. This is very comfortable and spaceless. MILD STEEL ( FABRICATION ) The step and Raiser are a fabrication as per any size and any design. Mostly it is welded type. Budget wise it is less than Cast iron. It is rusted at the outside of the building but we will be saved through painting.
