SPRAY PRETREATMENT PLANTS Spray Pretreatment Plants In the Spray Pretreatment process, there is a sequential arrangement of spray zones in a tunnel according to the designed chemical process. The Tunnel is mounted on tanks of the chemicals from where the chemicals are pumped up to the spray zones and sprayed onto the articles through nozzles. Each process zone is followed by a drain zone to avoid carryover of the sprayed chemical in the next process zone. The sprayed chemical is recollected into the tanks through the funnels provided in each zone of the tunnel.
