Sprouted Peanut Butter

Peanuts are a good source of vitamin E, niacin, folate, protein and manganese. Peanuts contain phytic acid (anti-nutrient which binds minerals and prevents their absorption) and enzyme inhibitors (which blocks digestive enzymes). Soaking, sprouting and roasting of peanuts neutralizes anti-nutrients and enzyme inhibitors to a great extent. Digestion and mineral absorption is improved.

How to Use the Product ?

Use it as a spread for bread or mix with some honey and use as a sauce with roasted vegetables. It can be used as a dip for fruits or used in milk shake! Additionally it can be used for sautéing or for baking peanut butter cookies. If oil separates and collects on top, mix it in before scooping the butter.

How to Store the Product?

Store in a cool and dry place. To retain freshness, it can be stored in refrigerator. Since it is all natural peanut butter without any added stabilizers, oil will separate and collect on the top of the butter.
