The sprouting process enhances the nutritional values of Ragi and naturally dried Banana powder adds nutrients and natural flavor to the mix. Healthy & Nourishing: Ragi is a great source of iron, calcium, fiber & protein. It is a great first food for a little one. No Harmful Ingredients: No Added Sugar, No Preservatives, No Artificial Flavours or Colours, No Milk Solids/Powder, No Synthetic Vitamins, No Added Chemicals Ingredients: Sprouted Ragi & Raw Banana Allergen Info: Allergen free. Product is processed in a manufacturing unit where wheat & gluten-containing products are processed. Cooking Instructions: Porridge (6+ months): (1) Add 2-3 tbsp (30g) Porridge Powder in a 1/2 cup (120ml) of water or milk and mix well without lumps. (2) Cook on a low flame for 3 to 5 minutes and stir continuously to avoid forming lumps. Stir till you get semi-solid consistency. (3) To sweeten the taste, add jaggery. Mix well & Serve. (discard the leftover) Sheera/Raab (8+ months): (1) Take a saucepan and add 1-2 tbsp Ghee to it. (2) Switch on a low flame and add 2-3 tbsp (30g) Porridge Powder. Now add Jaggery Powder (as per taste for a sweet tooth). (3) Add 1/2 cup (120ml) water or milk and stir continuously till you get the required consistency. (4) Transfer it to a plate/bowl and serve.
