Sivasakthi Threads is a unit of PK Group of companies which has many establishments in all types of business at Tirupur.
In 1938 Thiru.P.Karuppanna Gounder a famous businessman of Tirupur started this group of companies .Initially he started a Grocery shop along with various agencies in the town of Tirupur. Gradually this company developed by him adding its wings to Cinema Theatre,Building Construction,Dye House, Oil Mill,Rice Mill etc.This company has its own land for the extent of 3 acres in the heart of the town.
Our founder Thiru.P.Karuppanna Gounder passed away in the year of 1998.To honour our founder we have started an Embroidery Thread Unit named as PK Mills.
We are having a Modern Dye House which is located at Mangalam that is 7 kms from Tirupur city. As we always care about the pollution free world we are the first Dye house in Tirupur city who had our own Effluent Treatment Plant to treat the water coming out of the unit. The Dyeing Factory is located in 10 acres of our own land,which includes an Agriculture Farm. This farm is cultivated only by the treated effluent water,which is coming out of Dye House.
We are having our Winding unit at SIDCO Industrial Estate, Palladam which is a backward area and the whole Industrial Estate was built by the construction company of PK Group.
