Square Shape High Density Cartridge Heaters

Square Shape High Density Cartridge Heaters are specially developed for those application where a drilled hole is not practical.Heating coil wound around a ceramic core and isolated from SS/Incoly sheath by highly compressed layer of magnesium oxide powder. These heaters are ideal for milled slots in long platens where drilling a long hole is not possible.These heaters gives more surface contact per running inch than round cartridge heaters or D shape heaters giving longer life. Application:  Bag Sealing, Heating of Long Platens, Cutting Jawa, Heating of Shell Moulds in foundries.
