Our keypads are made for actutation force tolerances of 50g ±15g to 200g ± 50g. Coductive pills are provided with diameters between 2mm to 8mm and in ellips of 1mm/3.5mm, 2mm or 8mm, 3mm/7.5mm or 11mm and 4mm/6mm.The conductive pill has resistance of 100 OHMS with 50-300g loading and life of 10-15 Million life cycles.Typical Rubber - Key specifications include a contact resistance of 100 OHMS and life of 5,00, 000 to 50 million cycles: our key pads can withstand operating temperatures from -50degC to 250degC.Other specifications are a contact rating of 4mA at 12V DC of 5s and 20 million cycles contact bounce 5ms and dielectric strength, 2.5KV/mm to 30 KV/mm. Our Key pads are designed to suit dust prone environments. We also offer key pads in translucent grade for backlighting features

Manufacturing Unit
We have 2 modern manufacturing units located over the plot area 8300 sq ft. built up 2000 sq ft. and built up area 3600 sq ft. We have installed high-tech machines such as two open roll mixing mills, 9 Hydraulic and pneumatic molding presses, 2 air circulated ovens, etc. to ensure the production of more than two lakh nipples in a month that can be enhanced up to eight lakhs. We ensure to keep the manufacturing facility neat and clean and do not entertain inquiries for other rubber products for ensuring high level of hygiene.
Testing Facilities
We have advanced texting facilities to check hardness, tensile, tear and elongation features of the products. We also own measurement devices such as 20X profile projector. In addition, we also avail services from Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association (IRMRA) for exhaustive testing.
