Various types of solid mass needs to be squeezed in industries. The reasons could be to recover liquid, reduce sludge volume, help in easier waste disposal.
KONARK FILTERS developed Squeeze press Applies huge mechanical pressure on the sludge. Sludge feed, high pressure squeezing, liquid recovery and finally dewatered sludge discharge are all automatic.

Sludge to be squeezed is fed in the feed hopper. This sludge gets automatically fed into the bottom chamber. It is then moved to squeezing area, where special squeezing arrangement applies great squeezing pressure. The chamber then moves to discharge area where the squeezed sludge is discharged out. And it returns to the feed area. Likewise the unit works un-interruptedly with a little manual work
