the estimated speed of a standard machine is in-between 5000 to 9000 crayons/hour. Specialized machines can be manufactured to increase output capacity , if required.

rotary / automatic wax crayon making machine made up of 672 moulds fixed in the rotary table. The machine will be having pusher pin design ejection system to push crayons out of the mould in to a crayon holding system, which will eject the crayons on a carry away conveyor. The machine will be provided with a 75 ltr. Compounding tank to facilitate initial formulation of raw material.

the molten material would be fed by reciprocating metering heated pump in to the cavities. Scrap material will be collected in a chute & charged in scrap recycling vessel. Carry away conveyor will carry the moulded crayons.

all moulds will be brass super finished.
