– Vessel designs as per ASME Codes & tested as per design pressures

– Internal surface ground polished to 240 grit and then electropolished to obtain maximum sanitary conditions as per norms set.

– Construction as per GMP standards

– Made in SS 316 L stainless steel with sanitary clamps and connections

– Aseptic Manway and Spray ball assembly for cleaning

– No Stagnant Points which will promote bacterial growth

– Can be provided with Jacket, Spray Ball for CIP \ WIP, Temperature Indicators, Steam Traps, Vent Filters, Diaphragm Valve, Sanitary Valves and fittings, Level Controllers Etc. as per customer’s requirement

– PLC operation can be provided on the request

– Till date, we have fabricated SS tanks from 50 Ltrs to 50000 Ltrs capacity
