SS VERTICAL BAND SEALERS

The ECS900VS and the CS900VS band sealer consists of a sturdy stainless steel construction which is best suited to seal commodities which are corrosive in nature such as detergent, salt, fertilizers pesticides etc. Band sealer is used to seal thermoplastic bags of any size length and thickness up to 500 micron. The sealing width is adjustable up to 10 mm. The sealing process is simple which requires the operator to feed the pouch between two rotating rollers on one side of the machine. The pouch is then automatically guided through two heated brass jaws followed by a cooling zone and then finally goes through the embossing rollers which provide a dotted impression on the seal. The filled pouch rests on a motorized conveyor belt. The heat and the conveyor speed is adjustable using a thermostat and a pot. Band sealers are ideal for medium to large scale production where sealing speed is a major factor.These machines are used to seal a variety of products such as Coffee, Chemicals, Spices, Soaps, Sauces, Snacks, Cookies, Chocolates, Cereals, Dyes, Grains, Pet Food, Pastas, Pastries, Flour, Parts, Vegetables etc.
