Detailed Description
PVC stabilizer for pipe is lead based one pack stabilizer , have good heat stability and lubricants. It is mainly containing tribasic lead sulfate, lead stearte, internal and external lubricants. mainly used on Pressure Pipes,Non Pressure Pipes,Column Pipes

Addition quantity:
Suggest add 3-3.5 phr in each 100 phr PVC reisn based on different extrusion equipment

Suggestion formular:
PVC resin 100kg,PVC stabilizer for pipe 3-3.5kg,stearic acid:0.4-0.5kg, pafaffin wax 0.5-0.7kg,
CPE135A 4-5kg,titanium dioxide:1-1.5kg, OB-1 20g, CaCO3: 30-50kg
