The Stainless Steel 304 Investment Casting Dies are made from corrosion-resistant SS304 material with a typical hardness of 180–200 HB and tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa. The dies are precision-machined using CNC milling or EDM to achieve complex geometries and dimensional tolerances within ±0.01 mm. The material offers excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal fatigue, allowing the dies to function under wax injection temperatures typically ranging from 60°C to 90°C. Each die is treated for surface smoothness, ensuring uniform wax flow and reduced mold defects. Die sizes, parting lines, and cavity layouts are fully customizable based on casting requirements, and the tool life can exceed thousands of cycles with proper maintenance
