Stainless Steel Flexible Hoses

In a bid to make Stainless Steel Flexible Hoses bent conveniently while remaining liquid/gas tight, they are made available in convolutions of Stainless Steel grades (AISI) 321, 316, 316L, & 304.

Hoses of different length are manufactured as per custom requirements (like Female Swivel Nuts, Floating/Fixed Flanges etc.)With flange/thread type end fittings made of are made of Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel / Copper / Brass with to DIN/IS/SAE/BS/ANSI Standards.

With a view to take care of external damage and to increase pressure ratings, the flexible hoses are made to be available in Stainless Steel wire braids. After being made with close pitch angular corrugation from butt-welded tube, Corrugated Metallic Hoses are and reinforced by one or two metallic wire braids (SS 304 / SS 316). These operate in the temperature range of -269° C to +800° C Nominal Bores 6 mm. to 300.

The products find applications in plants that deal with high temperature, heavy pressure and corrosive nature of substances used and where conventional rubber or PTFE flexible hose do not work.

The typical applications to deal with include: Compressed Air & Pneumatic liner, Cryogenic Application, Nuclear Plants, fluids associated with high temperature and of high pressure in paper plants, Tyre moulds, Air Conditioning Plants, Textile Machinery, Steam-Conveying Lines, Power Houses, Oil Refineries and Toxic Application etc. The hose Assemblies are TIG Welded or Silver Brazed.

Of late these hoses are replacing rubber hose bugger than 2�?for flowing any fluid, as these are economic, less in weight, more in flexibility than traditionally used rubber suction hoses for oil or water.
