Our ladles are intended to move liquid metal either by forklift or overhead crane. Our Ladles can carry Maximum temperature of 1400 C.
Ladles & Metal Transfer: Inside of the Ladle we provide the most advanced monolithic Refractory's for safety linings in iron, steel, copper, aluminum and zinc ladles. We only use branded insulation of reputed names such as Calder's , Morgan, Super ceria for insolent dry veritable, Fire Crete Super set the standard for safety and other maintenance products allow for cost effective repairs.
We manufacture our Transfer ladles in variety of shapes which include spouts, runners, ladle booms, structural components and many others. TUFFLOOR is a proven alternative for flooring under ladle preheat stations, furnace spouts, and other areas that have intermittent heat, slag or molten metal splash.
