Customers specify ASME stainless steel vessels due to the materials corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and exceptional value versus a carbon steel pressure vessel.
BEPeterson uses compress software to design our pressure vessels. All vessel designs are done to ASME Section VIII Division 1 standards to produce vessels that meet the internal pressures, operating temperature, wind and seismic loading, corrosion allowance and volume specified. Every pressure vessel manufactured by BEPeterson is safe to operate in a wide range of product and market applications during production, storage and transport.
BEPeterson is ISO-9001 certified. Documentation is provided per customer specifications from a simple package including engineering drawings and ASME calculations to a full documentation package with as-built drawings, calculations, MTR`s, test procedures and reports.
BEPeterson offers a full range of 300 series stainless steel and other nickel based alloys such as Hastelloy and 2205 duplex steel.
