We have Stainless Steel Sheet Blasting Machine and Stainless Steel Plate Blasting Machine to achieve homogeneous satin finish on both side of ss sheet glass bead blasting is carried out in the offered model : sb-151626 spl. It operates on suction-induction principle of abrasive blasting. The operator place the sheet on roller conveyor such that plate gets inserted into the vertical drive roller. The vertical drive roller conveyor carries it into blast chamber where blast gun move vertically on both the sides, thus, finishing it's external surface.
used abrasive/glass beads and dust created during blasting is sucked through suction hose to reclaimer where abrasive is reclaimed and collected in a storage tank for recycling and the dust is carried ahead and collected inside filter bags and clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. The operator has only to load and unload the sheet on and from the roller conveyor.
