Vibrating screen is designed in various stages as per requirement with various size holes as per requirement.
Vibrating screen Consists of 6 mm, 10-12 mm, 18 mm O/S size metal 6 mm screen and boxes fabricated out of m.s. channel of 75 X 40 X 5 mm with springs of 25 mm wire 8 no & fitted on the frame of ISLB M.S. Girder 150 X 80 mm and shaft used is EN-9 material of 75 mm thick.
Motor foundation is also given suitable sizes. The bearing are used strong and heavy duty.
