Steel stiffened with 18 gauge steel stiffeners, mineral wool infill for voids, between stiffeners.

Cold rolled & galvanized steel treated & coated with zinc rich primer.

Finishes:

Any standard  RAL shade / wooden finish –oven baked. Fire Rated Steel Doors.

Core: Honeycomb  infill  provides  structural  strength and exceptional flatness. It is bonded to the  skins of the leaf,                                           

using a  water based  adhesive. Cold –rolled steel and galvanized steel treated & coated with adhesive for 

permanent bond and rust prevention.

Finishes:

Any standard RAL shade. Wooden finish Powder coated and oven baked finish.

Certification Standards:

Our doors are certified to UL-10B (for 120 minutes) and UL-10C (for 180 minutes) and to cater to temperature

rise ratings.
