Motorized Yarn Appearance Board Winder is used to wind yarn evenly on a blackboard for the visual examination and to find out periodic defects on the yarn.

Winds the yarn uniformly at a constant speed using a motor.

• Adjustable rotating tail jaw is provided to accommodate board length from 12 inches to 15.25 inches rectangular or tapered board.
• Auto-stop provision on the completion of winding.
• Ratchet wheel mechanical ensure unidirectional rotation.
• Twin guide rod with linear bush bearing for smooth and jerk-free movement.
• Gearbox ensure smooth and perfect resolution.
• Same belt can be used for different pulley combination to wind different wraps per inch as per ASTM standard.
