Stazol 50 Injection is used in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. It works by strengthening the bones which become thin and fragile due to osteoporosis.

You should take it in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. But, before taking it report to doctor if you have any known allergy to this medication.

It may cause side effects like swelling of legs and feet and breast enlargement. However, inform your doctor if you develop male characteristics such as hoarseness, increased hair growth, acne and increased sex drive.

HOW STAZOL INJECTION WORKS

Stazol 50 Injection reduces the release of a chemical called bradykinin, that is responsible for causing breaking and leakage of blood vessels. This damage to blood vessels leads to sudden accumulation of fluids below the skin causing swelling (edema) as well as redness. Stazol 50 Injection blocks the action of bradykinin and treats angioedema.
