Steam coal, Grade : A Grade

: Steam coal is a type of thermal coal mainly used for power generation and industrial boilers. It is called steam coal because it is primarily burned to produce steam that drives turbines for electricity or provides heat for industrial processes.

Nature: Non-coking coal (not suitable for making steel).

Ash Content: Moderate to high (20–40%).

Form: Black to dark brown, supplied as lumps or crushed.
