Steam Sterilizer

We are manufacturing a quality range of Steam Sterilizer which is based on the microbiological action of saturated Steam gas at elevated pressure & temperature. This equipment is vastly applied for surgical products like I.V. Set, U.V. Set, hand gloves, needle & syringe. They also have agricultural applications for products like chilly powder, sesame seeds, psyllium husk, Niger seeds & all kind of ground seeds, powder spices and food products. Owing to their rapid and thorough functionality, they can remove bacteria like salmonella, E.coli, yeast & mould. Our free standing bulk model is suitable for large Hospitals & for small manufacturing units. They are also well suited for 10/90 E0/C02 mixture or 90/10 E0/C02. The equipment is also available in fully automatic P. L. C. Base Model. The sterilizer is manufactured from special grade steel which is heat treated for efficient cutting and durability. They are also compact in design, easy to clean, have NTN bearing and do not produce any noise. Following are the some of the special features of the Steam sterilizer:
