STEAM AUTOCLAVE FEATURES

Sterilization chamber is ASTM 304L Stainless Steel.
All equipment is manufactured following or exceeding the current GMP rules. Easy validation as per FDA and international requirements.
Supporting structure and concealing panels are in 304 stainless steel.
Insulation is provided using high density ceramic glass wool material covered with 304 stainless steel sheets.
All valves and fittings are sanitary.
The chamber is baffled for proper steam distribution, thus minimizing wetting of the load with condensate.
Orbital welding of piping.
Chamber and piping is mirror finished with roughness.
External jacket in AISI 304 Stainless Steel.
